  I was attacked that way on the way to a bus stop on Canada Day in Ottawa. Canada Day is supposed to be a celebration of our countries' multicultrialism. I found myself surrounded, then distracted, and then hit multiple times. Moments later, I woke up, with my lower jaw shattered. I called 911, and when they asked me to describe the attackers, I felt strange, saying that they were all black.
